§ 01 Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using AskTerra's website, purchasing digital products, or opting into communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
§ 02 Products & Services
AskTerra offers digital products, online courses, AI-powered tools, templates, and consulting resources. All products are delivered digitally. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
- Digital products are for personal or business use by the purchaser only
- You may not resell, redistribute, or share purchased products without written permission
- Access links are non-transferable
§ 03 SMS Communications
By opting in to receive SMS messages from AskTerra, you agree to the following:
- You are the authorized user of the phone number provided
- You consent to receive recurring marketing, transactional, and informational text messages from AskTerra
- Message frequency will vary based on your activity and active promotions
- Standard message and data rates may apply, charged by your carrier
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts will be sent
- For help, reply HELP or email hello@askterra.co
- Opting out of SMS will not affect your access to purchased digital content
§ 04 Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, tools, copy, and materials created and sold by AskTerra are the intellectual property of Terra Cunningham. Purchase of a product grants you a limited, non-exclusive license for personal or business use. Ownership is not transferred upon purchase.
- You may not reproduce, copy, or resell AskTerra's content without written authorization
- White-label rights are only granted through explicit written agreement
§ 05 Payment & Refund Policy
All payments are processed securely. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once access has been granted. Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of purchase for unused products, at our sole discretion. No refunds are issued for live workshop attendance after the event date.
§ 06 Disclaimer of Warranties
AskTerra's products and services are provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding income results, business outcomes, or specific performance from use of our tools and resources. Results vary based on individual effort, experience, and market conditions.
§ 07 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AskTerra and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products, services, or SMS communications.
§ 08 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Stanislaus County, California.
§ 09 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Please review this page periodically.
